The Power to Volunteer: ENWIN Workers Take Part in Goodfellows Holiday Paper Campaign
Windsor ON: The ENWIN Community Superheroes were at it again last week as they hit the streets for the annual Goodfellows holiday newspaper campaign.
Every year, hundreds of community volunteers are stationed around the city to sell the Goodfellows Special Edition Newspaper. The three-day paper campaign has become a tradition in the city, with the first campaign occurring in 1910.
“We are very proud of our employees who take the time to participate in events such as this,” said Helga Reidel, President and CEO. “Thank you to all volunteers for your commitment and devotion in helping our community."
All money raised will help provide Christmas meals and gifts to thousands of children and families in the Windsor-Essex community who might otherwise go without.
Many thanks to our ENWIN Community Superheroes: Chad Hedrick, Mark Wigfield, Adam Pinsonneault, Dino Simonitto, Jacob Hamelin, Joel Rodier, Kris Schlosser, Tim Stratichuk, Todd Sims, Wallace Tonkin, Jerome Labbe, Andy Norman, Chad Kervoelen, Francis Bosse, Alex Drouillard, Troy Pollard, Darien Fenton, Mitch Prier, Sebastiano Vivona and Tyler Valihora.
