Add a Stormwater Bill to Your Account

This form is for customers who wish to add a new stormwater bill to their pre-existing active account for the same property. Please review these eligibility requirements before submitting:

Stormwater bills can only be billed to property owners (not tenants) per City of Windsor Bylaw 171-2024
Stormwater bills cannot be added to electricity-only accounts
The account holder of the existing account (non-stormwater) must be named on the City of Windsor property owner listing (tax roll) – if they are not on the tax roll, this request cannot be fulfilled
