A By-Law to provide for the construction, maintenance, management, and control of the water works in the City of Windsor.
On November 29, 2023, the Windsor Utilities Commission passed a new and comprehensive by-law to regulate and manage the control of the water works in the City of Windsor.
With the creation of By-Law 96, the following by-laws were repealed: 94.
