ENWIN’s equation

That’s ENWIN’s equation to describe how their customers can sign-up for Paperless Billing and help plant a tree. Starting today, and until Earth Day, April 22, ENWIN will plant a tree for every customer who signs up for paperless billing through myENWIN, the utility’s customer portal found at my.enwin.com.

Opt-in for Paperless Billing today!

  • Visit my.enwin.com. Log-in with existing sign-in credentials, or for new users, register. You'll need a recent bill. If you need assistance, dial 519-255-2727 and ENWIN's Customer Service Call Centre staff will be happy to help between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
  • Click MY BILLS, located in the navigation menu on the left side column.
  • On the right side, you'll now see Paperless Billing. Click the + sign and select "I want to receive my bills electronically."
  • DONE! You've just helped to plant a tree!

ENWIN is the lead sponsor of Earth Day Trees for the 2020 event, which marks the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day. The public is invited to volunteer at the planting, Sunday, April 26 at Florence and Wyandotte, in the Little River Corridor, between 10 a.m. and noon.

“We’re excited to partner with ERCA and our customers to plant trees in Windsor,”says Robert Spagnuolo, ENWIN’s Director of Customer Service. “We encourage everyone to opt-in for Paperless Billing through myENWIN because less paper equals more trees. Sign-up takes less than 5 minutes and the tree will grow for a lifetime.”

With Paperless Billing, customers receive an email when their bill is ready to view. ENWIN’s powerful and mobile-friendly myENWIN online portal keeps customers connected to their account, at their convenience. It’s easier than ever to view consumption data, sign-up for account notifications and alerts, and receive and pay bills.

“We’re proud to support ERCA and all the community volunteers who make the Earth Day Community Tree Planting such a great event,”says Helga Reidel, ENWIN’s President and CEO. “I know our ENWIN Superheroes will be there with shovels in hand supporting environmental sustainability.”

More than 2,000 trees are planted annually at ERCA’s Earth Day Community Tree Planting. For event details, visit ERCA’s website here.
