Windsor, ON: ENWIN teams have continued working throughout the day and night and as of 7 pm, today the majority of large area outages have been cleared.
This number may fluctuate as damaged tree branches continue to create issues.
ENWIN crews will continue to remain active as individual home outages remain. ENWIN canvas teams have inspected the majority of the individual outages and they have been assessed. These individual home outages will be the focus of crews into the night and the weekend. ENWIN will maintain maximum staffing levels to restore power to these individual homes estimated within the next 12 to 48 hours.
Individual home outages will not appear on the ENWIN outage map. If the outage map does not reflect a customer’s outage, it is recommended, if they haven’t already done so, to call our Customer Service team at 519-255-2727.
As a reminder customers should stay 10 metres away from downed power lines and anything which they may come in contact with, such as puddles of water and fences. Please call ENWIN at 519-255-2727 to report a downed power line.
ENWIN continues to thank its customers for their assistance and understanding during this time, and they can rest assured that our teams will not stop until power is restored to every home within our community.
