ENWIN Utilities Ltd. Updates Regarding Power Outages

All Large Area Outages have been Restored. Teams Focusing on Remaining Individual Home Outages.

Windsor, ON: ENWIN teams have worked consistently 24 hours a day since Thursday night’s storms.

As previously reported, approximately 20,000 customers were affected by large-area outages.  The majority of these outages were restored by Friday morning with all large area outages cleared by Saturday evening.  

ENWIN teams shifted focus to individual home outages and reports of downed wires.  Canvas teams investigated all of these reports, and afterwards, it was determined that approximately 300 repairs were required from ENWIN.  We are happy to report that the majority of these repairs have been completed.

ENWIN would like to thank our customers for their cooperation as their assistance contributed significantly to the success of our teams.
