Windsor ON: ENWIN is offering customers another opportunity to comment about electricity distribution in Windsor.
The local distribution company is reaching out to customers through Innovative Research, a company that works with many Ontario utilities to conduct customer research. The data obtained from this survey will be added to information gathered in 2017, when the company began its planning process for a Cost of Service rate application to the Ontario Energy Board.
“Through our first survey, we gained valuable knowledge about the needs and priorities of all our customer groups,” said Helga Reidel, ENWIN’s President and CEO. “This follow-up is our way of confirming with customers that we understood and have responded accordingly.”
“We hope our customers will take the survey,” said Reidel. “Information sharing enables ENWIN to include customer priorities in our decision-making process and empowers customer voices in the broader electricity discussion.”
Some of our residential and small business customers can expect a call from Innovative Research over the next two weeks.
