Due Date Notifications
Receive due date reminders via email, SMS, or both. Notifications can be configured to be sent before the invoice due date.
Payment Received Notifications
Receive alerts via email, SMS, or both. If multiple payments are made in one day, the payments will be summed up and sent in one notification.
Note: If a phone number is not already entered in the cell phone field via 'Account Details', you will first have to enter the phone number, before enabling the SMS notification switch to 'On'. Open the dropdown below for the steps to add a phone number.
Step One: Go to the 'Account Details' tab on the menu pane.
Step Two: Scroll to the 'Customer Profile' section and select 'Edit' to enter a cell phone number.
Note: Once completed, return to the 'Account Details' tab on menu pane (Step 2 of 'How to turn on Due Date Notifications') and proceed with the final step.
Once the notification has been turned on, select the "click here" link to configure the notification threshold. Once the pop up appears, drag the bar from the left to right to choose the notification preference (either 1, 3, or 5 days before the invoice due date).
