Windsor, ON: ENWIN wants customers to know that a customer satisfaction survey is currently being undertaken on behalf of the utility.
The brief telephone survey, conducted by industry specialist UtilityPULSE, features standard questions that will help ENWIN to better understand and respond to our customers' needs and priorities.
Respondents will be randomly selected and will include residential and small to medium commercial and industrial customers.
ENWIN assures customers that this is a genuine ENWIN survey, and encourages participation.
