Your safety is at the heart of ENWIN’s commitment to our community!
We depend on electricity for all our modern conveniences, but it’s easy to forget how dangerous it can be.
Starting February 8 and continuing through March, UtilityPulse, on behalf of ENWIN, will conduct a telephone and online survey to measure public awareness of electrical safety in our community.
Residents (18 years and older) across the City of Windsor will be randomly contacted to assess the communities' understanding of how to stay safe around electricity and electrical equipment. If UtilityPulse contacts you, we encourage you to participate in this five-minute survey.
This survey is designed to provide you with essential safety information, and the results will help us better shape our public electrical safety education program. Your participation will contribute to keeping our community safe from potential electrical hazards.
This survey includes some general demographic questions; however, respondents will not be asked for identifying details such as phone numbers, addresses, or credit card and banking information.
Our public awareness safety survey is available online by clicking the button below. This is a great opportunity to include your family in this educational electrical safety discussion. Once you've completed the survey, you'll see how your responses compare to a listing of the correct answers. This way, you can confirm your knowledge and ensure you're on top of your safety game.
Why are we conducting this survey?
The Ontario Energy Board requires ENWIN to undertake the Public Awareness of Electrical Safety Survey every two years. The results will be included in the Utility Scorecard and, most importantly, help ENWIN shape its electrical safety education program.
If you have any questions about the telephone or online survey, please contact ENWIN customer service at 519-255-2727 or by email at info@enwin.com.
