At ENWIN, we are working alongside public health officials to help reduce the impact of COVID-19 in our community and apply the recommended best practices strategies within our water and electricity divisions.
We are guarding your services. Pandemic Contingency plans are being continuously reviewed and updated to maintain business and services to meet the electricity and water requirements of our customers.
We're observing safety guidelines and have asked our employees to avoid non-essential travel outside Canada and to self-isolate if they exhibit any flu-like symptoms. For public safety, we have closed our Ouellette office building to the public, while continuing to serve our customers over the phone, through email and our online portal myENWIN.
We have also implemented guidelines for employees who are in direct contact with customers to minimise transmission risks for all.
