Windsor, ON: In addition to its annual Customer Satisfaction Telephone Survey, currently being conducted across Windsor, ENWIN has joined other Ontario utilities to conduct a unique online survey related to service during COVID-19. Both surveys are being conducted by UtilityPULSE, on behalf of ENWIN and other Ontario utilities.

UtilityPULSE, a leading research and polling organization specializing in the electricity distribution sector, will call customers by phone for their general feedback on customer service, and will also collect and analyze data from the online COVID-19 survey.

In order to encourage voluntary participation in the online survey, UtilityPULSE is offering participants from across the province a chance to win one of five $200 pre-paid gift cards.

ENWIN is strongly encouraging customers to be part of the conversation, by participating in both surveys. The survey results will help ENWIN to plan for the future and serve customers better, both during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

“More customer input means greater customer satisfaction,” said Rob Spagnuolo, ENWIN’s Director Customer Service. “In these unique and difficult times, we are relying on our customers to let us know what they need. We hope to see as many customers as possible take up the challenge.”

Customers can access the survey here. The survey has been designed to take less than 10 minutes to complete, and customers can be confident that personal information remains confidential.
