ENWIN Launches New Websites
Enhanced functionality designed with customers in mind
February 16, 2018
Windsor, ON: ENWIN is proud to announce the launch of two new, enhanced ENWIN and Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC) websites, available now at enwin.com. A redesigned layout provides easy access to both the WUC and ENWIN sites, where customers can readily find information that’s easy to navigate, along with news, conservation tips and customer-focused features.
ENWIN.com features enhancements to pages and content that customers access most frequently, making it easy to find information about Billing and Payment Options, Time-Of- Use Pricing, Billing Information and Bill Breakdown. New customers can register for services online, at their convenience. Colourful banners and a scrolling news reel on the homepage offer easy access to the most current news and information.
In just one click, visitors can access ENWIN’s Outage Centre, featuring a real-time map that alerts customers to power outages, as well as the ENWIN Twitter account. A click on the Customer Login button will take visitors directly to ENWINconnect, a powerful tool that helps customers track and compare their own usage, month to month, or year over year. Through ENWINconnect, customers can also register for paperless billing and sign up to receive an email when their bill is ready.
While the enhanced homepage features a broad range of practical links to information related to both the electricity and water distribution services provided by ENWIN, the Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC) website, similarly enhanced, is just a click away. Just click the WUC logo or banner on the homepage for more information about WUC.
The website initiative is a demonstration of ENWIN’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that its customers receive the best possible value from the utilities’ assets, including easy access to information. It aligns with provincial directives that encourage local utilities to find improved ways of communicating with customers, as we modernize our electricity and water services.
