April 17, 2019

Windsor, ON: More than 3,500 students will have the chance to experience the Earth Day Travelling Road Show over the next two weeks, thanks to sponsorship from ENWIN, and the Stephanie and Barry Zekelman Foundation.  ENWIN is a proud presenting sponsor of this fun, interactive educational outreach program, developed and delivered by the Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA) to primary students (K-4) across Windsor-Essex.

“A big thank you to ENWIN,” said Richard Wyma, General Manager of Essex Region Conservation Authority and Chair of the Essex Region Conservation Foundation. “The kids always have a great time and it's in big part because of their support and specifically, the Conservation Detectives videos that ENWIN produced.”

The videos enable students to become Conservation Detectives and learn about energy and water conservation by spotting opportunities where they can save within their own homes.

During the show, students will be introduced to entertaining characters, sing songs, and participate in a variety of experiences.  They will learn about water conservation and travel through the water cycle, while learning about how they can make choices to make every day Earth Day.
