Lauzon Road Infrastructure Renewal Project - Riverside Drive East to Wyandotte Street East

Windsor, ON: As part of an ongoing infrastructure renewal program by the Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC), D’Amore Construction 2000 Ltd. will undertake the following construction project, beginning Monday, March 10, 2025, weather permitting:

• New 200mm and 300mm watermain installation

Please note that Lauzon Road will be closed to both northbound and southbound traffic with access afforded to local residents only. Traffic will be detoured around the work site at Jefferson Boulevard and Riverdale Avenue. The work on Lauzon Road is expected to take approximately 3 months to complete. While every effort will be made to minimize traffic impacts and afford local access to residents, occasional delays can be expected. To ensure the safety of our workers, we request that motorists exercise safety precautions when approaching the construction site.
