ENWIN Utilities Ltd. received the following update today on the recent shoreline collapse that occurred on November 27, 2019.

The Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division, Michigan State Police have tested the site for Poly Nuclear Alloys, Metals, PCB's and suspended solids. All results have indicated that there is no threat to the public or environment.

This confirms earlier reports from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment Conservation and Parks (MECP) that there were no impacts to the safety of the Windsor Utilities Commission raw water intakes.
