Traffic Impact on Dougall between Cabana and Liberty

Windsor ON: As part of a hydro infrastructure project, ENWIN crews will be installing hydro poles through the use of a crane on Dougall Avenue between Cabana Road and Liberty Avenue. The project will begin on Wednesday March 20, and is expected to take five weeks.
The closure will be intermittent along northbound curb side lane of Dougall Avenue, affecting one block at a time. The working times will be between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
While every effort will be made to minimize traffic impacts and afford local access to residents, occasional delays can be expected. To ensure the safety of our workers, we request that motorists exercise caution when approaching the construction site.
