Windsor, ON: Given the potential for disruptions to Canada Post mail services in the coming weeks, ENWIN is encouraging customers to explore alternative methods to access their bill information.
ENWIN assures customers that there are numerous options through which they can ensure they meet their bill payment responsibilities, even during a postal service disruption. Aside from mailed payments, ENWIN offers a number of convenient payment method alternatives that can be used during a Canada Post service disruption, including:
- Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
- Telephone and Internet Banking
- Banks and Financial Institutions (Speak with your financial institution for details.)
Customers who register for ENWINconnect can view and print their account information at any hour, day or night, sign up for Paperless Billing, receive emails when their online bill is ready, and even sign up for pre-authorized payment, to ensure bills are always paid on time.
