Property Restoration
We have teamed up with The City of Windsor and our landscaping contractor for restorations. By working together on a larger number of repairs, including utility cuts and road repairs, we can achieve a lower price per unit.
Our goal is to complete grounds restoration within four weeks of the initial service call, weather permitting, and based on seasonal availability of sod and seed. It is necessary to wait for four weeks for ground settlement to occur.
For any water main or water service breaks repaired in the late fall or winter that require lawn and/or concrete/asphalt restoration, this cannot be completed until the following April or May, based on sod availability and concrete/asphalt plant openings.
