Tecumseh Road East, Infrastructure Renewal Project: Turner Road to Factoria Road

Windsor, ON: As part of an ongoing infrastructure renewal program by the Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC), Sterling Ridge Infrastructure will undertake the following construction project beginning Wednesday, May 29th, 2024, weather permitting:

• New 1200mm Central Corridor feedermain and 300mm watermain installation.

Please note that Walker Road will be closed to northbound and southbound traffic at Tecumseh Road East. Traffic will be detoured around the Walker and Tecumseh intersection on Drouillard Road. The impact on Walker Road is expected to take approximately one week to complete. While every effort will be made to minimize traffic impacts and afford local access to residents, occasional delays can be expected. To ensure the safety of our workers, we request that motorists exercise safety precautions when approaching the construction site.
